A traditional Chinese dish originated from the Sichuan region. It was first invented by peasants in Song Dynasty (12th century). Selected pork belly, trimmed, cooked, and sliced then sautéed with cabbage, bell pepper in chili & ginger brown sauce.

Selected young duck, roasted in the oven until it becomes golden brown. Our Peking duck is served with well-cut slices, shredded cucumber, and scallions, then rolled with plum sauce with lotus leaf buns.
